Working with the UI Theme Designer - Portal - SAP Library

1. Are you able to call the the theme designer in the Portal? Do you see the link "UI Theme Designer" below Content Administration -> Portal Display -> Portal Themes ?
2. Which Browser do you use? SAP recommends to use Chrome for the theme designer(IE 10 or higher versions only)
3. Which theme do you try to customize? not every theme is suitable for every Frameworkpage
4. Is the Preview working fine? if you choose Tradeshow theme and the AJAX Portal Framework Page is everything loading fine? it should look like this:
   

If everything works fine you shall find the save & build option in the upper left hand corner

After i am changes done in portal framework page.But changes are not reflecting my framework page or theme.Still i am trying. UI5 controls are reflecting and how to apply the Web Dynpro Java applications.please any one knows this and share the information.
