Error "User ... does not have access to method rpData" (BC-SRV-FP)

After configuring Adobe Document Service (ADS) as note "894009 - Adobe Document Services: Configuration", usually the configuration need to be tested as note "944221 - Error analysis for problems in form processing". If you get error when test with report FP_PDF_TEST_00 or FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE etc, you can check the below to resolve the issue:

Visual Administartor
-> server -> service -> Security Provider

     -> Policy Configurations tab,

   com.adobe/AdobeDocumentServices*AdobeDocumentServicesAsembly.jar

-> Security Role tab

The ADSUser has to be mapped to the ADSCaller security role.

(not ADSCallers)

Please also note that ADSCaller is case sensitive.
